Impeach Bush, Cheney, and Rice
The Bush administration has been systematically violating the constitution, and the Congress has been complicit, sitting on the sidelines or even passing resolutions applauding his misdeeds. Congress needs to hold Bush, Cheney, and Rice accountable by starting impeachment proceedings against him over their numerous legal crimes, including violations of the War Power Act and the FISA Act. I would introduce articles of impeachment immediately after my own inauguration in early January, and if impeachment proceedings do not go forward by the time they leave office on Jan 20 I would press for criminal charges to be brought against them.
