Pittsburgh voters have an opportunity to make history on November 4th, 2008 when they go to the polls. Titus North could become the first ever Green Party candidate elected to the U.S. Congress in Pennsylvania’s 14th district. He is running against incumbent Mike Doyle and that’s it. No one else is running. Speaking of running, we are coming up on the last lap of this race and we need to galvanize the campaign for its final kick! What does that mean? You guessed it!!!

TITUS NORTH MONEY BOMB!!!

Since Mike Doyle essentially money bombed us by voting FOR the bailout as well as for funding the Iraq War, it’s time we MONEY BOMB him out of Congress. We’ve decided to make the date of the Money Bomb:

Go to www.votenorth.org and give whatever you can from $5 to $50 or perhaps $100 on that day. Whatever you can, it’ll all add up and we’ll look to put the money towards print and/or radio ads as well as other ideas which we are open to hearing. You can pledge at the website www.votenorth.org by emailing Titus before the 20th. Although we don’t have the sophisticated counter that Ron Paul had on his website, the basic idea is still there. The campaign has gone quite well so far getting the word out on the street but now it’s time to kick it up a notch. Forward this email to everyone you know, even people outside of the district!!!
