League of Women Voters fails to include North's responses in their voter guide.
Although the League's voter guides published in the New Pittsburgh Courier and the Pittsburgh Jewish Chronicle lists Titus as a non-responder, the League's own website carries his responses. Please refer to them at http://www.smartvoter.org/2008/11/04/pa/state/vote/north_c/.
